This is our concert band for grades 9 & 10, with a couple of seniors playing secondary instruments as well! It’s a great way to start to get involved in W-O Music, especially if you’ve just started your instrument!

This is the grade 9 and 10 jazz band, and features a rhythm section as well! Another great way to hone your skills on your instrument and get to play some really cool new styles of music!

One of our most beginner-friendly groups, Percussion Ensemble only needs basic rhythm skills to have a lot of fun in! It’s easy to pick up any percussion instrument, and it’s easily our loudest group.

If your favourite instrument is guitar, this is the group for you! Guitar Ensemble gives you a chance to learn both chord patterns and solo melodies, from all different styles of music.

Concert Choir is our biggest choir, and invites all voice types and skill levels! Feel free to come out and sing, no matter your musical experience. On top of being an amazing group, it’s the easiest way to meet other people in the department!

Intrepid is a tenor and bass choir that’s never lacking energy! As our only lunch choir, it’s super simple to join, and definitely a great way to get involved.
